Flexible Lifelines safety tieback anchors are a safe and practical permanent
anchorage for a wide range of suspended access applications for
window cleaning and exterior building maintenance.
The FLS safety tieback assembly consists of a vertical pipe, top plate, rigging shackle and sling link. These components are all fabricated from ASTM A36 and A53 steel with either a galvanized finish per ASTM A123 standard or hot zinc flame sprayed per AWS C2.18/SSPC-23. The Spider safety tieback anchor is designed to hold a 5,400 lb. (2,449.4 kg) load applied in any direction to the sling link. All FLS products conform to OSHA Standards.
