Flexible Lifeline Systems - FLS  can design horizontal lifeline s to provide safe access on top of the tank.  The innovative design  pictured here eliminated any hot work and did not require any drilling or penetrations into the tank.  The system is marine grade stainless steel and is designed for multiple users.  It allows the users to walk the entire perimeter of the tank without detaching from the lifeline.

Handrail-Mounted Rigid Rail Inclined System

FlexRail Systems - Many tanks have steep hazardous stairways. FLS can provide either rigid or cable-based inclined systems to provide fall protection while ascending or descending stairs.

Tank Anchor

FLS can provide a unique tank anchor which is attached to the center access hatch. Easily installed, the tank anchor s provides 360° fall protection on top of the tank.   We have solutions for all sizes of pipes and flanges from 3" flanges and up.  

 

 

 
Tank Handrails

Free-Standing Non-Penetrating Handrails -  The FlexGuard system provide handrails around the perimeter of the tanks or from the access ladder to certain points on the tank. Non-penetrating and free-standing, the handrails are easily installed without drilling or hotwork.
