Due to the fact that, as a turnkey provider, we design and install all the options without bias.
We are not prejudiced to one system over another as opposed to other manufacturers, particularly
those of trolley beam systems. Most of the time, we provide quotes for all of the options available so
that you can make an informed decision as to which system meets your requirements.
Single-Span
The Single-Span Flexible Lifeline System is a cable-based, stainless steel fall arrest system capable of spans up to 200' for the users.
Multi-Span
The Multi-Span Flexible Lifeline System accomodates horizontal, inclined, curved and vertical requirements, allowing a user to travel unlimited lengths without having to disconnect and re-connect to the system.
Twin SafeTrack®
The Twin SafeTrack is capable of spans of 100' between supports and 30' cantilevers past the end supports. Pictured here is a 260' system with only three (3) supports. This system pictured here provides complete coverage over four (4) railcars.
SafeTrack®
Flexible Lifeline Systems' SafeTrack® System is the next generation of rigid rail fall arrest systems. This revolutionary system replaced the difficult to use beam and trolley system and is not subject to the same limitations of inclement weather and/or dust/debris buildup.
Single Pedestal®
The Single Pedestal SafeTrack is ideal for congested areas where multiple pedestals would interfere with traffic flow. The systems are available with a stair and access gangway to provide easy access to the railcar or truck.
Permanent Access Platforms | Mobile Access Platforms
FLS provides a full line of access platforms, gangway and guardrail enclosures. Access platforms are often used in conjunction with a lifeline system or as a stand alone fall prevention system.
Wingrip System
Wingrip may be used as a single fall protection anchor point on the top of railcars.
