Model TSSR Flexible Skylight Guard
Standing seam skylights can be easily overlooked when a person is working or walking on a rooftop. These trapezoidal skylights are similar to the regular corrugated fiberglass skylights in that they are at the same level as the roof and have the same profile! Model TSSR Flexible Skylight Guards from Flexible Lifeline Systems® prevent falls through trapezoidal standing seam skylights. The Skylight Gaurd is easy to install and allows for a proactive solution to a safety hazard. Like all FLS Skylight Safety models, the Model TSSR Flexible Skylight Guard will prove to be more than cost effective, especially when considering the alternative of a fall through a skylight.
Passive Fall Protection
The Model TSSR Flexible Skylight Guard installed by Flexible Lifeline Systems is a safety product that offers “passive protection” to prevent falls through trapezoidal standing seam skylights. “Passive protection” safety products do not rely on hazard recognition or the taking of appropriate action to avoid a hazard. Unlike many safety products, properly installed Flexible Skylight Guards completely eliminate the hazard. To put it another way, proper installation the Model TSSR Flexible Skylight Guard on trapezoidal standing seam skylights will prevent falls through those skylights.
