| Flexible Lifeline Systems Completes Acquisition of Maintenance Platform Division of West Coast Weld Tech |

Houston, TX (PRWEB) August 17, 2009 –Flexible Lifeline Systems, Inc. today announced that it had successfully closed the acquisition of the assets of the maintenance platform divisions of West Coast Weld Tech Inc. and West Coast Weld Tech Intl. The acquisition of West Coast Weld Tech’s platform division allows Flexible Lifeline Systems to provide the industry’s best active and passive fall protection systems.
